Privacy policy
Access requests (this form)

Using the application
In the application, each trainer decides which client data they record (workouts, diet, measurements, photos and check-ins, which may include health data). For that data the trainer is the controller and Active Coach acts as a processor, handling it only to provide the service. Any user can download their data and delete their account from their profile.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [CORREO DE CONTACTO]. If you believe they have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Spain, aepd.es).
